Our Responsibilities

Facilities Management Services (FMS) provides all services necessary to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for the college community. This includes cleaning and caretaking, winter maintenance, and regular maintenance services which include the Building Automation System (BAS), Electrical, Heating + Cooling, Landscape Services, and Mechanical services.

Our History

Established in 1967, the Facilities Management Services Department was created at a time when the college consisted of one lone building. That was the beginning; look what has happened since!
